🎤WOW – thank you all so much for over 5,000 downloads of the Arthritis Life podcast in 6 months!
⠀
🤓Unlike many people, I actually feel much more comfortable in front of a video camera than I do in an audio-only format like a podcast. Because of this, I was initially hesitant to put out a podcast.
⠀
🤔I was worried that my energy would not translate to a podcast medium. Also, since I had issues with enunciation from a young age (I went to speech therapy for a number of years), I was worried that I would talk too fast, or lack sufficient diction to get my points across.
⠀
🔥However, I overcame these concerns for one really simple but important reason: people with inflammatory forms of arthritis NEED better support, and their stories NEED to be heard by a larger audience!
⠀
🙌Can I get an amen?
⠀
❤️Arthritis affects your WHOLE life, not just your joints. It affects your ability to plan for your future, your social relationships, work life, ability to take care of yourself, your time, your money, and your mental wellbeing.
⠀
🌟It’s been an honor and pleasure to bring forth stories and advice from real patients, as well as providers who care about supporting others with arthritis as much as I do!
⠀
