You don't have to face rheumatic disease on your own - Rheum to THRIVE gives you the information and support you need to thrive.

Far too many people rheumatic diseases feel overwhelmed, confused and alone, but it doesn’t have to be that way. In a 2015 study from European League Against Rheumatism, “EULAR Recommendations for Patient Education for People with Inflammatory Arthritis,” researchers concluded:

“In general, patients’ levels of knowledge about the disease were low to moderate and patients expressed they had received insufficient information. Patients with IA (Inflammatory Arthritis) wanted to be recognised as more than their disease, to be enabled to use their own resources and to re-engage in previously abandoned activities.

I created Rheum to THRIVE to give people with rheumatic diseases the support, community and information they need to thrive *with* rheumatic disease. In our weekly meetings, I give mini-lectures on practical tools to improve your quality of life with rheumatic disease, then facilitate a community support session where you can connect to others who “get it.”

Registration is open NOW through October 12th, then won’t open again until spring 2023 – check out all the details at arthritislifeschool.thinkific.com/

Here’s what a recent member had to say: “Before Rheum to THRIVE, I thought I had to suffer in silence. I felt so alone and didn’t know where to begin with living with ankylosing spondylitis (AS).

The group has offered so much compassion, validation, and encouragement. I’ve also had access to additional resources and information for how to live with AS. I now know I’m not alone!” – Anonymous Rheum to THRIVE member, 2021

I can’t wait to support more rheumatic disease warriors in October – join today and let me know if you have any questions!
